5. Subscription and Payments

Our subscription services are subject to the following terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Prices are as stated on our pricing page and may change with notice
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months
Failed payments may result in suspension of your listing

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains viruses or malicious code
Impersonates any person or entity
Promotes illegal activities
Harasses or discriminates against others

7. Intellectual Property

The Majorca Best platform, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
